James recently commissioned the rain water harvesting system on my project. By displaying fantastic product knowledge, being extremely cooperative and engaging, he made the whole process simple and hassle free. It was a pleasure to have James on my site and look forward to working him and the Stormsaver team on my next project.

I have found Stormsaver to be very helpful over the phone speaking to Cass Dunstan and Niall Fox was very helpful on the day of commissioning and helped get the commissioning completed.

Both operatives were very obliging and professional in their work and public relations and I was completely satisfied with the work in finalising this project

CPD session by Julian on 23rd April. The session was very informative on a subject that we know little about. We now understand the benefits of the systems and its limitations. We're aware that rainwater harvesting is becoming an important means to ease the water deficit in some parts of the country. We're now aware that water companies and government are looking at how this can be implemented in a robust fashion. We're keen to keep up to date with these developments and look forward to keeping in touch with Stormsaver, with regard to projects where rainwater harvesting could be applied.

Great CPD, Julian was really informative and provided really useful information.

This was the first time I had met James, I was impressed with his professionalism and manner. Look forward to seeing him on outfits again soon.

Very informative and useful CPD!

Andrew Pink from Stormsaver attended our offices today. He arrived promptly and carried out the necessary repairs in very clean and professional manner. Stormsaver have always given us excellent service. Highly recommended.

Niall Fox attended our site to complete a site survey for rainwater harvesting. He was punctual and knowledgeable about products and what was best for the site. He gave realistic expectations but also brought a proactive approach to challenges across our site. Very happy with the service provided and look forward to the proposal. 

James was polite and efficient whilst performing his duties on our site; he was happy to follow our instructions and rules.

Andy Pink & James Sidhu were fantastic in the commissioning of one of my recent projects. They were really helpful and went above and beyond to get the job over the line.

Informative and well presented session, Julian gave good insight from wider general discussion from attendees.

I liked how the presentation showed why the company does what it does and what would happen without them (running out of water). I also appreciated the honesty with where the system would be most suitable and where it wouldn't be worth it e.g. companies are more interested as they do not have priority when there is low amounts of water.

A phone call from Andrew Pink following contact with Floplast was extremely helpful. Andrew Pink was helpful in providing tips to support with temporary fixes & also advice as to what may be wrong to share with the other customers. Visit from Niall for service/call out. Again, he was useful in providing advice & understanding of certain aspects of the system.

Just want to say that Niall Fox undertook his work in a very efficient and thorough manner and checked things that had not been checked on previous visits by other operatives. It would be good to have Niall back to undertake further servicing and repairs in future as his standards of work seems very high.

It was really very good presentation and everything was covered from technical aspects. We are very happy with the presentation. Thank you once again!!

Yet again Sasha and her Team have been fantastic with another turnaround. James is a fantastic Engineer, he got straight on with the job. He then came back to me to advise me on the Tank and the filters and what needed to be done. I was quoted for urgent remedials within 2 days. Sasha has been nothing but a breath of fresh air when it comes to this job, quotes and organising. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about the CPD and Matt and Sophie. It is really good for us to see new products like this, that we have not really had experience with before, so it was a real learning opportunity for everyone.

Well what can I say, Sasha Berry from the off has been absolutely fantastic in coordinating the work to be carried out, from Quoting to phone calls and emails to get the job across the line. Sasha organised two brilliant & engineers who were knowledgeable. The Quality of work was carried out professionally and a report was issued within a day.
